Role Overview

As a Senior Mobile Engineer at Adalat AI, you will drive the frontend development of our advanced speech recognition transcription product. You'll play a pivotal role in leading our mobile engineering efforts, ensuring best-in-class code quality, and shaping product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of our mobile application using React Native.
Set high standards for code quality, maintainability, and user experience.
Drive product enhancements by actively proposing ideas and creating proof-of-concepts.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and design specialists, to deliver seamless and innovative product experiences.
Mentor junior developers and foster best practices within the engineering team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in React Native, Flutter, Android Native, and familiarity with GraphQL.
Proven track record of successfully publishing and maintaining applications on Play Store and Apple App Store.
Experience managing and contributing to large, complex codebases.
A passion for building intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
