Our solutions, including state-of-the-art ASR models for Indian languages, have been successfully implemented in multiple high courts, with our recent launch at the Delhi High Court marking a significant milestone. Key Responsibilities

As an early-stage member of the team, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with founding team to develop the backend and build out product features at a rapid pace.

  • Identifying and driving innovative solutions to address the most critical needs of our Users (Judges at Courts of Different Stages in India).

  • Work in close collaboration with cross-functional partners in data science, design and frontend functions.

  • Solve complex engineering problems for ML Platform.

  • Build cost effective and scalable systems.

  • Contribute to product development by pitching in with ideas and doing proof-of-concepts.

Qualifications

  • Between 5-8 years of work experience in the industry.

  • Experience of domain modelling and deep understanding of distributed systems.

  • Proficiency with any part of the given technology stack: Golang, Serverless, Event Driven Architectures, NoSql/SQL, Microservice Architecture

  • Hands-on experience in using versioning systems like Git.

  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, NewRelic, etc.).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively to achieve objectives

  • Excellent organisational and analytical abilities

Nice to have

  • Experience with GraphQL.

  • Experience with full text search engine like Elastic Search or similar.

  • Experience working with streaming systems or queues like Kafka, RabbitMQ etc

  • Experience with Helm charts or similar tools.

  • Knowledge of encryption engineering.

What You Will Achieve in a Year

  • Built the Backend for Court Systems in India to cater to 10000+ courtrooms running 8-10 hrs per day in the first 2 years

  • Build LargeScale Distrubuted Systems to help Courts create/manage/share/edit highly classified legal documents of court cases

  • Build the ML infrastructure for a Voice First text editor, semantic search, feedback loops in the product for ML retraining
