About the Company

Adalat AI is building cutting-edge AI solutions for courts and justice systems to end judicial delays and improve access to justice. We develop pioneering products that assist judges, stenographers, and legal professionals in streamlining judicial processes. As an Associate in the Founder’s Office, you will work closely with the founding team on high-impact projects, driving strategic initiatives, managing key stakeholder relationships, and supporting the execution of cross-functional projects that advance Adalat AI’s mission. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to leadership-level decision-making while contributing to scaling a mission-driven organization.

Role Overview

Collaborate with the founders to execute high-priority projects across departments.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on strategic initiatives.
Act as a liaison between internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Lead operational processes and ensure timely delivery of organizational objectives.
Assist in fundraising, partnerships, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare briefing documents, proposals, and reports for internal and external use.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and track progress to ensure alignment with goals.
Represent Adalat AI in key meetings and manage follow-ups.
Support in developing frameworks to evaluate organizational performance and impact.
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.

About You

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, law, public policy, or related fields.
2–4 years of experience in consulting, project management, or startups.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive and self-starter mindset.
