Role Overview

You'll engage with a unique and less-explored audience in the Bharat legal sector, where usage patterns and user behaviors differ significantly from typical westernized computer users. We are looking for someone who can understand these complexities and convert them into intuitive, delightful interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Own design from start to finish for impactful features that ship quickly
Design intuitive, simplified user flows optimized for Indian judiciary and their unique work environment
Partner directly with engineers to bring your vision to life and ship solutions for courtrooms across India
Get field experience with real user research, conducting sessions with judges, stenographers, and court staff, remotely and in-person
Build and maintain a comprehensive design system that scales with our growing product
Play a key role in shaping our design culture, fostering creativity, innovation and empathy within our expanding product team

Qualifications

2-4 years of industry experience
Experience shipping projects with strong product strategy and visual design
Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision
Experience designing for B2B or Startups (or both)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote environment
