Marketing Associate
Remote
Adalat AI is building an end-to-end justice tech stack that automates manual and clerical pain points in courtrooms, giving judges back time to focus on what matters most: decision-making and delivering justice. Our solutions - from AI-powered transcription in Indian languages to case-flow management and document navigation - are now deployed across 9 states, covering nearly 20% of India’s judiciary. Backed by leading technology companies and funders, and incubated at MIT and Oxford, Adalat AI is working to eliminate judicial delays and expand access to timely justice. Founded by a team with backgrounds in law, technology, and economics from Harvard, Oxford, MIT, and IIIT Hyderabad, we are scaling rapidly across India and the Global South.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who takes direction and delivers exceptional work. You’ll work directly with the founder’s office to execute on stakeholder engagement strategy — turning vision into polished, high-impact materials.
You’ll own the execution of our content programs: targeted newsletters for donors tracking judicial reform, technical partners using our systems, and judges on the platform daily. Every piece needs to be sharp, clear, and effective.
You’ll turn platform data into regional activity reports that tell the story of judicial transformation — adoption rates, case-processing improvements, and usage patterns. You’ll lead production of our annual impact report, showcasing outcomes, impact stories, and where we’re headed. You’ll also create decks, briefs, and other communication materials for stakeholders.
This isn’t traditional marketing — it’s high-stakes execution at the intersection of legal tech, public service, and institutional change. Your work lands with senior judges, institutional funders, policy makers, and government officials.
This role requires someone who executes flawlessly, communicates with precision, and doesn’t need hand-holding. You take a brief, you deliver excellence.
