Role Overview
We are looking for a Legal Specialist with expertise in Arbitration to help shape the next generation of our AI-powered tools. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of arbitrators, lawyers, engineers, and designers to develop solutions that address critical challenges in arbitration practice. This is a unique opportunity to combine legal expertise with cutting-edge technology to build systemic solutions that transform legal practice.
This is a full-time role with compensation commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with our leading product and engineering teams to design AI solutions informed by your arbitration expertise.
Engage with arbitrators, lawyers, and legal institutions to gather feedback, co-design solutions, and iterate on features.
Translate complex arbitration workflows into structured processes that can be built into technology solutions.
Lead partnerships within the arbitration community to drive the adoption of our AI tools.
Qualifications
LLB required; LLM preferred (focus on arbitration tax law is a plus).
3 to 5 years of professional experience in arbitration, either in litigation practice or at a law firm.
Strong understanding of both procedural and substantive aspects of arbitration law.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge legal and technical domains.
Familiarity with AI, technology, and digital transformation in legal systems is a plus.
