Training Specialist · 4–5 Month Contract · Field-Based Across Andhra Pradesh (Hybrid)
Adalat AI is India's end-to-end tech stack for the justice system. Our solutions include AI-powered dictation, transcription, and case-management tools which are already in use in courtrooms across the country, helping judicial officers cut the time they spend on record-keeping and get back to the work that actually needs a judge.
We are now rolling out across Andhra Pradesh, and we need people on the ground to make that happen.
Role Overview
This is not a desk job. You will travel across Andhra Pradesh, district to district, court to court, training judicial officers and court staff to use our platform. You will sit beside a judge, walk them through the software at their pace, troubleshoot whatever the room throws at you, and leave only when they can use it on their own. You are the face of Adalat AI in every courtroom you enter.
Key Responsibilities
Put AI in the hands of the judiciary. You'll be the person who walks into a district court and shows a judge that dictating a judgment can take minutes instead of hours.Cover the state. From Vijayawada to the courts at the end of the road, you'll travel across Andhra Pradesh, district by district, until every officer on your list is up and running.Win people over. Some users will be eager. Some will be skeptical, and some will have never trusted software with their work before. Your job is to sit beside them, take the fear out of it, and leave them confident. Make it work in the real world. Weak internet, borrowed laptops, unfamiliar setups, you'll get the system running wherever you land. Be the voice from the field. What you see in those courtrooms goes straight to the support team. The things you flag get fixed. Follow up after the first session, and turn a one-day training into a habit that sticks.
